•  Size: 8 × 9 (this is the max it can print, but the final size varies depending on hair and hats)

• Can come with or without a wood stick. 

• Three layers of foil cardstock and a wooden stick for sturdiness 

• Photo laminated with a holographic laminate with varying designs

RUSH FEE

If you need your items sooner, a rush fee will be required. Please e-mail us at buyit@fivefavordiscount.store or message us on Instagram @fivefavordiscountstore before ordering if you wish to pay the rush fee.

A rush fee must be added to your order if your order is less than 10-14 business days from your due date (which should be a few business days before your event date).

A rush fee may also need to be applied if availability for your date is booked. 

SHIPPING 

All policies set forth by the shipping carrier will apply to your shipped order. Five Favor Discount Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, acts of nature events, or severe weather-related delivery delays. All shipping estimates are chosen when logging out. 

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be given under two circumstances: if the order is canceled before production begins or if there is an error on our part on your design.

POST COVID SHIPPING:

Shipping and delivery carriers are slowing down and delaying many packages. Therefore, allow extra days for the delivery schedule. We cannot process any claims or refunds for a package(s) delay, since it's beyond our control. We recommend upgrading expedited shipping if needed for a rushed guarantee date.

Photos/pictures may be sent via email with the order number in the subject line.  Updates to the order will be sent after the order is placed and accepted. If the design process has already started, no images will be accepted.  Final print quality will depend highly on the quality of the digital photos provided. Please be sure to include high-resolution images. For example, cellphone pictures, downloads from social media, or screenshots are not good quality and will not be accepted.
